Quick and Easy Back Workout

Anastasia loves working out the back and usually fits in at least one exercise the targets the back in every single workout. So today we are doing an entire back workout that is quick, easy, and really works. We do use resistance bands in this one and this one, this one, or this one will work great. Otherwise you do the same movements using weights or use a towel. Do ten reps of each exercise and do three full cycles.


Exercises -

Superman - Lay face down with your arms to your sides at right angles framing your face. Lift your legs, arms, head, and chest off the ground and then lower back down. Repeat 10 times.


Leg and Arm Lift - Get into a table top position with your knees and hands on the floor. Raise your left leg straight up behind you. With a weight in your right hand, raise your arm up while keeping the elbow bent at a right angle and lower back down. Repeat 10 times. Then raise your right leg and do 10 reps on your left arm.


Resistance Pull - Sit up on your knees and with a resistance band in your hands, raise your arms up straight out in front of you. Keeping your arms straight, pull the resistance band as you spread your arms out to the sides as far as you can go and then bring them back in. Repeat 10 times.


Resistance Pull Up - Sit up on your knees and with a resistance band in your hands, raise your arms up straight out in front of you. Pull the resistance band out as your pull your arms away from each other. Keeping the tension in the band, raise your arms up over your head and then lower back down. Repeat 10 times.
