The perfect Party brunch


With Fourth of July weekend upon us (where did June go), I wanted to share an easy brunch party platter that takes minutes to throw together. I made this for my birthday weekend at the beginning of June to share with some friends. Its simple but it also looks really fancy and most importantly its delicious. It also gives everyone the option of assembling their portion how they want it making it customizable for even the most picky eaters. So have a couple of friends over, make this platter and enjoy your holiday weekend!


Platter Ingredients:

Deviled Eggs - cut hardboiled eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolk, and place in a bowl. Mix yolk with mayonnaise, a little bit of dijon mustard and salt until well combined. Scoop yolk mixture into the hollowed out part of all the eggs and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

Sliced Tomatoes

Sliced Cucumbers

Capers

Lox

Cream Cheese - I used Miyokos

Bagels - I used a gluten free brand that I love called Plagels.


Arrange everything on a plate to make it look pretty. Serve with mimosas or bellini's to finish it off. Bon Appetit!
