Tricep Workout

I created this quick workout to tighten up my triceps. Do this a few times and lets get rid of those bat wings together.



Exercises

  1. Start in an upside down table top position with arms straight and legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Bend elbows, lowering the body down and then raise back to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.

  2. Start in an upside down table top position with arms straight and legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Straighten your right leg and raise it up while crossing your left arm over your body to reach for your right toe. Balance and support your weight with your right arm and left leg. Bring arm and leg back down and repeat with opposite arm and leg. Repeat 10 times on each side.

  3. Lay on your back with your feet on the floor. Hold a weight in each hand and raise your arms above you at a 90 degree angle with the weights pressed together. Swing your arms above your head towards the floor and then back up again. Repeat 10 times.

  4. Lay on your back with your feet on the floor. Hold a weight in each hand and raise your arms above you at a 90 degree angle with the weights pressed together. Bend your elbows bringing the weights toward your forehead and then straighten back to the start position. Repeat 10 times.

  5. Start in a table top position. Holding a weight, swing your right arm back and up towards the sky and bring it back down. Keep your arm straight. Repeat on the opposite side. Do ten reps each side.
